Being able to watch the rest of season 7 in a week/a single sitting sounds like it would be pretty fun.

I believe because it is called that because one use of the term is for a conflict involving three individuals. Spike, while not representing a “threat” per se is still a part of the potential overarching problem between the other two, so the term applies.
 
Now, a more speculative alternative would be to assume it has something to do with the more common definition of triple threat, which is used when someone in a particular field exhibits three skills that are necessary to excel at something. While I think the conflict angle is more likely, there is always the possibility that the intent of this episode will be to showcase Spike’s ability to deal with two characters who might not necessarily get along all that well, using three of his unique talents to do so.

Do we know the writer for tomorrow’s episode yet?

after Ember & Thorax attack each other Spike faints - Waking up Rarity asks if her Spikey Wikey is alright with the three enjoying tea together (It was all in his imagination)

Ember, Starlight, Thorax and Spike. Last time there were this many secondary characters in the room… well, you alienated half the fanbase.
 
But I enjoyed it!

I just got really nervous because some people I like just said this episode is going to suck and now I’m worried it will.
