God, I’m still legitimately angry at those ponies telling Rarity she was terrible and should be written out of the show. They’re not even real!

Apparently there was a line in this episode that foreshadows the upcoming “Cutie Mark Camp” episode?

Season six may have had some of my favorite Flutters moments in it, and season seven is doing wonders as well I feel

Yeah after reading the journal, Apple Bloom says they were planning on opening up a Cutie Mark camp and were using the journal to attached ponies to go to it. Twilight’s a bit bummed by this, wanting people to learn from the journal, not use it for marketing. (Oh the irony)

The topic I’m more curious about was when starlight glimmer said her “manifesto” was years ago, she was referring to season five, so two years has passed since then?

I think Rarity’s line near the end summed up the resolution of the episode.
 
The book was a fad. Those who didn’t gain anything meaningful from it will eventually move on to other things, while those who get something good out of it will remember it always.

Could the reason why Daring Do is quitting in Daring Done is due to the journal revealing her identity?
