Most Minor Characters from the early 3 seasons had other episodes so my point stands still
 
I remember thinking he will appear more for sure after Princess Twilight due to more focus on Equestrian Politcs, turns out I was wrong and Twilicorn became just Twilight with wings
 
Although there were certain episodes where he arguable should have appeared in due to the royalty and Canterlot being major parts of the Episode’s plot

Because I think it was going to be the first of a mini series of “what if,” which this one being if Blue was Celestia’s pupil instead of Twi. Too bad it screwed the pooch by making Blue and NMM be the fanom’s version of them.

IIRC while he officially wasn’t an antagonist the Fandom included him in “Minor Antagonists club” lite fiction and art , in the eyes of the fandom at least which I don’t agree with

Same. It’s annoying how they tried to turn a prick that didn’t do much other than be a prick into a monster, which I believe was what made the official IDW comic I mentioned before as bad as it is.
