That would have been so much better, but instead we got character regression. The only good thing that came out of the final episode was the cookie zombies, and even then only barely. We’re truly living in the bad timeline.

Actually, 28 Pranks Later and Non-Compete Clause were the only good Rainbow Dash episodes since Season 2. Every other one has been horrible.

Going by /MLP/‘s word(bear with me here), it’s under the folders for 28 Pranks, under “premises”, some stuff was carried over until it became something completely different

Ah - I just got the full leaks today, so I haven’t gone through them yet.

And now digging in (well, skimming). Focusing mostly on the 2019 stuff…
 
The majority portion by far data-wise is songs, which seem to be included in pretty much every permutation. Nice for audiophiles, but I might trim most of the non-finals… with a few exceptions, like Lauren Faust’s version of Giggle at the Ghosties.
 
About a third of the reamiander is devoted to some very early assets, mainly a trial animation that features Twilight “Twinkle”, Rainbow and Pinkie in a proto-Feeling Pinkie Keen.Yeah, definitely only keeping the final version…
 
Now onto the meat (interest-wise) - scripts! Or rather, not just scripts, but every episode idea in every stage of development! Well OK, everyone knew about that, but probably not all the other stuff in here! Like:
 
Two show bibles (sadly, none old enough to feature Lauren’s earliest pitches), plus a season two update.  
Staff job descriptions.  
Way more legal clearances than you’d ever imagine the show needed.  
The (non-pony) writing samples that landed some of the writers their jobs.  
Suggestions from “the network” and a educational consultant on various episodes.  
Crude maps and location lists.  
Casting notes.  
Staff notes on a lot of different versions of the episodes.  
And probably a whole lot more I haven,t found yet!
 
So if all that’s in “scripts”, then what’s in the similarly sized “Episodes”? Well it’s actually a mispluralistion - said file holds the full assets of just one episode, The Last Roundup. Yep, one episode’s assets = all of the above under scripts for every single FIM and EQG production.
 
I’ll close with a fact (Did you know that Return of Harmony was planned to be a DVD special at one point?) and a request (anyone know how to open Outlook files if you haven’t recieved them as e-mails?)

Quite interesting stuff! For instance, did you know that at one stage it was part of the setup for the finale, with the CMC trying to solve an intertribal conflict in a town while a disguised Chrysalis fanned the flames?

I was aware of that (not the part with Chrysalis, though). But I was wondering if Cozy Glow ever drank one of Apple Bloom’s potions…

Noot as far as I can tell. In fact, Cozy doesn’t seem to even be in any seriously drafted version of the episode.

Huh, now that is something, so there was a rejected episode for season six that had a new filly named Filament Switch, the episode did look pretty interesting.

Some new filly who was a brilliant inventor, Sunny Daze and Peachy Pie even got lines in the episode too.
 
The episode was, apparently, written by Liza Palmer.

What tribe was this pony from? Unicorn?

Not sure, my only guess would be earth pony.

One question, if anyone can help me out here; did those two episode concepts ‘sugar free pie/toot sweet’ ever get beyond the pitch stage? Probably not I know but just in case I missed something.

It would have been, her name was Filly Keen in the first draft, but changed to Filament Switch in the second.
