When a unicorn breaks their horn and wants to replace it with a new one, they have to go to special unicorn doctors usually only found in cities, like Canterlot, that are heavily populated by unicorns.  
If anybody tries to unscrew a broken unicorn horn, they risk cutting themselves on the sharp and brittle material that the horn is made out of.  
For some extra irony, Fizzlebop Berrytwist doesn’t even know that it’s possible to unscrew her horn.
