Exactly. The only thing that hasn’t happened is when they’re born before their pony counterparts. This explains why many of them are at least highschool ages, or young enough to attend it without suspicion. And while I can’t remember who came with the theory, I remember hearing that the human counterparts have their cuties mark is because they’re connected with their pony counterpart and see the symbol and grow attached to it. If you’re born around or after it was earned in the pony world, you start seeing it from a young age. And for those whose pony counterpart doesn’t earn it before they’re born, they’ll dream of it later on in life.

I read a fic once where Sunset was, and Rainbow wasn’t too happy about that.

That one bit with Pinkie Pie in the Friendship Games “bloopers” actually happened. Pinkie Pie often trades places with EQG Pinkie Pie for a week or so. Sometimes she does this with IDW Pinkie Pie as well.

Scottish decendant, not scottish natural born, so she just learned the standard equestrian english.

Trixie, much like Twilight, can copy a pony’s spell after seeing it used once, but she doesn’t use this ability very often.

Limestone used to be mega ticklish when she was younger, but due to Pinkie Pie’s constant tickles attacks, she has grown numb to it, and tickling her hardly gets a reaction.

Like ascended alicorns, natural-born alicorns have an inclination toward one of the three tribes. Celestia leans unicorn, Luna leans earth pony, and Flurry Heart, taking after her mother, leans pegasus.
 
These traits are reflected in their human counterparts when they pony up, and in the Nightmare Moon timeline, Luna uses her earth pony magic to maintain Equestria’s vegetation.

Almost 70% of Equestria’s population are Canadian-Americans. However, several Ponyville ponies are purely Canadian, including Twilight and Starlight. Canterlot, however, are populated with some European ethnicities as well

A mostly-Canadian population does make sense on a meta level.

Tempest Shadow’s horn can’t regenerate because the stump is infected with bacteria from the Ursa Minor’s claws. If she had the stump removed, a complete new horn would grow in its place in about a month or so.

Alternatively, the horn cannot repair itself because the Ursa Minor clawed it low enough to make it unable to do so. If the cut hadn’t gone as low as that, her horn would’ve grown back.
