Spike? I was talking about Owlowiscious. But seriously, I would really hope he does something other than assisting Twilight his entire life, but if Twilight’s sleep was something unexpected and sudden then he’d probably never leave her.

True. His friends would probably try to persuade him to at least have a life though.

I could see that being a pretty good conflict in a fanfic. His friends try to convince him Twilight would want him to move on and have a life, he then lashes out at them saying they wouldn’t know what Twilight would want and so they all start to drift apart. It’s kinda cliche but it would work.
 
Then Flash forward years and years later to when Twilight wakes up, she’s surprised and happy to see Spike with her, until she finds out he’s been there the entire time alone. So her guilt eats at her for ruining his life.

Discord is immune to many diseases and poisons, but his body is not used to any new illnesses that have come into being while he was trapped in stone for a thousand years. This is why he got sick from the Tatzlewurm sneezing on him.
 
Dire wolves exist in Equestria; unlike Timberwolves, Dire wolves are flesh-and-blood canines that live in much deeper regions of the Everfree forest, and can grow much bigger than the average Timberwolves. The bite of a Dire wolf can cause other creatures like ponies to turn into wolf-like creatures during the night of the full moon.
 
Jotuns can be found up on the snow-covered mountains of Equestria and beyond. These massive trolls have shark-like heads and crocodile-like tails, and wherever they go, snow and ice follow. They are powerful cyrokinetics, and even large dragons are hard-pressed in defeating such monsters.

This will be the first Hearts and Hooves day Chrysalis spends alone.

They don’t matter. Could be off drinking martinis or burning in hell. The show doesn’t care.

The guards are competent, it’s just that they’re train to fight wild, dumb monsters that scatter Equestria instead of cunning/magical villains like Discord or Tirek.

Celestia has a tiny overindulgence habit.
 
On the 500th anniversary of Luna/NMM banishment, Celestia attempted to drown her sorrow in alcohol. In one night, she managed to drink exactly 129 gallons of wine before passing out. One of her servants, who was a budding winemaker himself, was inspired by Celestia’s flank as he and several other volunteers rolled the bloated and drunk ruler to her bedchambers.
 
From then on, 129 gallons of wine was known as one butt-load.
