Would this comic be allowed? There is other stuff by this artist on here :P  
It seemed odd to me that most of the other stuff was posted but not this so I wanted to make sure.

Ampullaria is not “artist upload only” and they do have many images on the site, including what appears to be the majority of their images linked from the page you linked, so I don’t see any reason the artist in general can’t be uploaded.
 
However, the specific image that you linked might be borderline Rule #5, so this is not a guarantee that the images would not be reported and subsequently deleted after it’s been reviewed by the whole staff. Nijie does have a lot of lolicon on it which we can not host.
