Atm it seems bulk biceps implies snowflake but not vice versa. roid rage isn’t aliased nor implied by anything it seems (and is also very small). This would explain why snowflake has the bigger count; that or there’s just also actual snowflakes in there.  
I’m assuming you want something like this? roid rage -> (aliased to) bulk biceps, and snowflake being for actual snowflake?

Afaik Tag Dictionary (and also Implications) are TSP’s threads; we tend not to do too much stuff from other’s threads because keeping up with just one is a lot of work already, plus the other mod usually knows where he left off last time. The only implications and descriptions I really do are the ones I come across here and there (mostly from the Tag Discussion thread) but ideally something gets discussed there, the outcome posted in the relevant official thread, and then it gets done.

bon bombs -> bon bon’s bon bons (bbbb is the one that has the implications set on it)
Looking at the tag history for both tags, it seems bon bombs is actually the older tag (I didn’t set the implications either, plus I can always change those). I don’t give a shit about breasts anyway so which one do people want most?

As long as we’re doing other plural to singular tags, they should probably just get aliased to donut.

clothes line is the most common in my experience. I personally have never heard of a laundry line, but if it would help people find the correct tag we could add it (along with clothesline) as an alias.
