Some curious questions about low Derpibooru stats

I’m really curious about three things:

Who, of all canon characters, has the least amount of actual fanart? It would easily be multiple characters with zero, as there are characters with fewer total images than actual fanart of most S9 characters (Incidentally, the lowest non-zero amount I could find on such short notice is Biscuit, with three)
Are there any tags I watch that no one else does?
What tag (to prevent “early image milestone” tags, only counting tags with a minimum tag count of 10) has the oldest most recent image?

Probably like half of the G4 BG ponies
I guess I’ll have to ask about some specific tags I suspect: ambermoon, cirrus cloud, gilded lily, spur, thestra, oc:boing, oc:broken glass
The tag with 10 or more images whose most recent image is the oldest. first fluttershy picture on derpibooru is the obvious case, as its only image is >>1, but I thought of a cutoff of 10 images to be more fair.
