Search sorting by comments or score is broken

Sorting by date, either ascending or descending, works fine. However sorting by the other methods, score, width, or number of comments always returns Okay, hold up. We couldn’t make heads or tails of whatever it is you just searched for.
 
Directly searching with fields, such as width:1280, works fine. It’s just the sorting that is busted.
