Rule 7 Question (Innuendo)

On an image post tagged as suggestive is innuendo in a comment considered a violation of rule 7?

The comment that makes me ask is on a picture about food and saying “eat pussy”.
 
But I’m curious about the parameters so as to avoid transgressions in the future.

Looking through your comments, I see what you’re referring to, generally a comment like “eat pussy” would be appropriate for an image tagged explicit and since the image was suggestive and not safe, it was spoilered. Just make sure to spoil similar comments if the image is suggestive or questionable in the future.
