Not sure if bug or intentional, but it seems one can have multiple coin badges at once–did a bit of testing, I’m currently at 6.
 
It’s also interesting that they seem to be displaying differently in some of my forum posts and on image post in the image uploader bar (might be just some funky syncing issue?).

Server’s fine and connection’s fast on my end.

Weird. Almost every part of the site is loading incredibly slow for me, and downloads are super slow as well.

Hm…it’s not the site itself loading slow, it seems to be just images/thumbnails loading slow.
 
Individual thumbnails are taking 10+ seconds to show up, and I can’t even view or download full images, they just get stuck from loading for so long.
 
Though after further experimentation, it seems that the problem is likely my college’s network, because on both my computer and smartphone, images load insanely slow or not at all, but switching my phone from Wifi to 4G, things load instantly.
 
Goddamn college network. Not sure what’s going on because the last couple of days, everything was fine, but I wake up this morning and it’s slow as fuck.
 
Aaaand it seems to be working fine now. Weird.

I don’t know if this affects any other artist searches, but I was trying to search for computer-olympics, and the search didn’t turn up anything. Clicking the artist tag works fine.

Seems the _ character is being interpreted as a whitespace in searches. I’ve fixed this instance by aliasing the tag to a name with the actual whitespace (which is what _ generally represents).

Dunno what DB you are using but in SQL _ is a wildcard, equivalent to ? while % is equivalent to * (if talking shell syntax, or . and .* if you prefer regexp). Maybe related?

Derpibooru uses MongoDB, so no SQL.

Though that bit actually hits our Lucene-based search stack. Which goes through a custom parser to implement our search syntax, because Lucene’s search syntax is a nightmare. So there’s a few places that need to get looked at.

People have been working on PoIP (Punch over IP) for many years now, but the progress is awfully slow.
 
There’s also HoIP (Hug over IP), but that has been even slower to become a real thing.
