I tried using it to upload a picture on here, furaffinity and deviantart. it worked for those two site but not here is that something I did wrong.i did tag the picture

Oh, ok, I get it - you’re trying to use a program called “PostyBirb” to upload images to Derpibooru, but it’s not working. I see now. Now the title of this thread actually makes sense.
 
Unfortunately, we really don’t provide support for third party applications - they’re completely allowed, but we have no idea how those apps work, how to troubleshoot them, etc. You probably would be better off asking PostyBirb’s devs about your issue, as they’re going to know way more about their application than we ever would.
 
Now if there’s a problem within the application itself, like it’s having issues with our API or whatever, the devs can reach out to us and we’ll usually be happy to work with them and try to figure things out. But for end user support, that’s up to them.

Ok I’ve sent an email to them. I feel I should say that derpibooru is listed PostyBirb’s supported site list

You’re right. They don’t support third party applications.  
The app tries to make it work using normal web calls.  
Unfortunately, derpibooru is the most problem website I have tried implementing since it works.. when it wants to it seems and sometimes just won’t work at all despite using the same calls.  
I am going to try and fix it in the future potentially, although it is hard to test on since they don’t let you delete posted images easily

I suspect you mis-phrased what I said. We fully allow third party applications, but if a user is having trouble with the app, we don’t provide support to the user.
 
If they want to reach out to us, we can try to help them figure out what’s going on. We’re normally happy to work with developers to figure this stuff out.

Oh my mistake.  
My guess is it’s just a case of sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
