The Smiling Pony ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡° ) DA has broken something, we’ll look into it. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
Clover the Clever Lord and Saviour As ever with this sort of bug we need information. What URI were you trying to submit (exactly)? What was the exact error you recieved? What field did you put the URI into? Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
RIG The Anti-Normies @Clover the Clever any DA link that is not a “right click, view pic” one ends in that error (and the “right click” one doesn’t upload the most big version of the pic) Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
Clover the Clever Lord and Saviour Okay - we’ve narrowed it down to an intermittent bug in dA’s new download links. dA have such a fabulous reputation for fixing bugs in their site, we’re sure it’ll be fixed in the next 1-48 months/years. In the meantime we’ve tweaked our end to try the download link but fall back gracefully if we can’t actually download from the download link. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
RIG The Anti-Normies @Clover the Clever i found a wait to upload the higher res version…click “download” and use the source that comes with the pic. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
The Smiling Pony ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡° ) @RIG The bug is on DA’s side with exactly that button; it’ll intermittently give a server error. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
Salamenace Crossover Specialist @Clover the Clever Kind of late to mention this, but whatever. Whenever I pasted the direct URL in the boxes I kept on the “image can’t be blank error”. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
Clover the Clever Lord and Saviour That means the site couldn’t fetch the URL you provided. Download the file and upload from your PC, is the most reliable method. Posted 10 years ago Report Link Quote Reply
