Idw and do not post list

I was just wondering if an artist on the do not post list worked on one of the comics what does list still apply on the comic?

Without knowing the specifics of the artist or the property you are asking about, in general IDW would be the copyright holder, but artists do sometimes retain their rights. Please note, however, that you should not post full page scans of IDW properties in any case, unless it has been publicly released by IDW, like in a preview.

I didn’t say any specific artists because I don’t know if any of the fan artist at work with idw are on the list it was just a random thought I had if that ever does happen

Case by case. It’s super hard to generalize something when so many people and so many different artists are involved. And even if there is some general rule you can apply, the artist or IDW might decide to handle THAT one image or THAT one page differently.
