Booru will be alive as long as the servers are paid up and people still visit it; we’re not going to shut it down because G4 transitioned to G5.

No, I don’t have any plans to shut the site down, and would hand the site off to someone else if I ever started to feel like I should.
And no, I also don’t plan to turn this into a furry/etc. site.
I would strongly advise against believing things said on 4chan/mlp/, particularly when it comes to other sites and communities.
