Hot linking?

Did some research and I couldn’t find any data on your stance RE hot linking.
 
More particularly, in cases such as this: https://club-flank.com/drawfiend-1/
 
Is this allowed or should I mirror the content on imgur?
 
I really was trying to avoid mirroring since most of the source links on the page redirect to derpibooru and I thought at the very least, it would save some user bandwidth since some content will be cached.

Reminds me, there was a time when Deadmau5 sent a link on Twitter to an irc I was moderating and told them to raid us.

That’s uhh, pretty self explanatory I think… albeit rather confusing why it happened. We were just streaming Ponycon. This was back in 2012 I think.
