What doesn’t seem right? There were many attempts to censor the Internet and there will be more. If enforcing filters succeeds soon you will have politicians trying to filter other content like porn or fake news. And of course sooner or later these tools are gonna be used to censor political opponents or unpopular opinions. The right will try to block the left and the left will try to block the right.
 
Another problem is that today websites like YouTube or Derpibooru are considered intermediaries and are not responsible for users’ copyright infringements if they remove infringing content when told about it. But article 13 changes it and makes them responsible for content people uploaded. Is your phone company responsible for the things you say during the call? No and it shouldn’t be. Is FedEx responsible if you mail someone a photocopied (and thus pirated) book? No and why should they be?

A13 is a mess, But I do have a problem with the STOPACTA2 group, Their language is way too extreme like if The EU is some sort of supervillain, The MEP’s really aren’t evil, They just aren’t up to date with tech and that’s the problem with the MEP’s in this case  
STOPACTA2 is doing the public good, But they kinda need to tone it down a bit

I’m a Eurosceptic like many and I’m not a fan of A13, but at least I don’t try to villainize The EU

Also, A user from another pony site told me that “When people are scared, they tend to be a more agitated” and thus the possible reason why The EU is called evil in this situation

The EU is indeed evil. I hope Brexit goes forward tonight. If my country ever ends up joining its game time. Over time I hope movements like the yellow wests will hopefully grow and bring down or hamper further EU encroachment on our countries.

I’m not a fan of The EU (I just find them pointless) but that might be taking it a bit too far  
I’m not trying to make you mad, I’m just giving my thoughts

My country jumps through their hoops to have access to the common market. There are many hoops. From what kind of car you can drive, how the licence plates on said car must look like to the size of the sand grains in childrens playgrounds. We cant use normal lightbulbs anymore for instance. It must all be LED now.  
And tons more increasing our cost of living every year.
 
And now they come for my internets. And ponies. Thats where the line is drawn for me.

It is delayed because there was no agreement among member states. Some of them voted against.

The German Copyright Minister has agreed to take a look at the petition!

Also the Anti-A13 petition is about to become the largest online rights petition in history
