can i use wildtags or so in Filters

i wanna filter out all the spoilers and dont wanna have to type every one into the filter page  
if anyone knows if i can use an (*) for my filter that would be awesome

Yes. You do this in the Complex Filters part of the filter page. It basically works like an anti-search query.

You enter a search string into the Complex Spoiler Filter or Complex Hide Filter. Every image that matches the search will then be spoilered/hidden.
 
For example, entering spoiler:* would filter any spoilers. Please be aware that this also includes spoilers for episodes from past seasons, since spoiler:s01e01 is an alias for friendship is magic, i.e. all images referencing the first episode. It also includes spoiler:comic and others.  
To only filter spoilers from the current season, use spoiler:s08*. This still includes spoilers from episodes that have already aired. If you don’t want that, you’ll have to filter each episode individually, you can just copy those tags from the Default filter. Other tags to filter are spoiler:s08 and spoiler:s09 for spoilers about unknown episodes and leak for leaked information.
