Dang… that is some quality pic, I would read a fanfiction like that, yall know, ponies appear in USSR/socialist Poland. All the sinanegans of poies living along humans back then, Tia working with soviet government, a lot of propaganda of corse, imagine the royal sisters later learnig about KGB and stuff, soviet scientist trying to use magic for new weapon to threaten the western world, cold war but with ponies!

Celestia and Discord are eating meat dumplings and drinking vodka. Moscow, 1984.
Nothing unusual.
Usual flat, usual meal - probably weekend.
Window has hanging pennant which was used to mark collectives showing best results (Discord, were you a hard worker? Or was it you Celly?).
On Discord’s newspaper we can see (possibly) the obituary for Andropov, so it’s shortly after 9th Feb of 1984.
And all of this was 33 years ago…
