Rough draft, this is a napkin sketch essentially. Everything to the east is future Equestria (whether we decide to use the canonical map or make up our own Tolkienesque version of future Equestria, or Middle-Equestria. Which lies to the east of Little-Equestria). –>
<– To the west is the sea and the Undying Lands of Alinor (aka pony paradise)
Like in FiM (and Bored of the Rings with places like the Bay of Milhous and the Legendary Drillingrigs ), some of the place names tend to be lighter and more referential than the pony names, which tend to be more serious Tolkien-pony conversions.
