Not really. While romantic attraction and sexual attraction often go hand-in-hand, neither is intrinsically linked to the other.  
One can date another, marry them and love them with all of one’s heart, even if they have never once had sex and never will.  
Or one can have sex with another every day (or even multiple times a day) for the rest of one’s life, but never love them romantically.

No. Wanting to have sex is not love. I would argue more than half of people who have had sex with someone do not love that person.  
Love is not about pleasure, even if it often leads to it. Love is love, and does not have types or variants. This is not Homestuck. Love is when another person’s happiness starts to blur into your own. When their well-being is your well-being. It can cause as much pain as it does joy. Fukin is not about love, even if you love to fuk.
 
If you imagine never having sex with your partner again, and in this situation would break up with them, you clearly did not love them. Being happy, enjoying something, is not love. It’s a connection that envelops all emotions.
