That’s why I have a little idea that the handle things in pony tools that suggest hand usage, are actually to allow unicorns to properly manipulate objects by having a frame of reference to do pitch, roll, and yaw with. a Horndle, if you will.

Maybe, one of the fanons I’ve seen is that levitation magic means mentally thinking of every angle of force acted upon the affected object… Rarity trying to do that with weaving would be a literal mindfuck.
