Cream Pie is a slut and will have sex with anyone and anything. She loves to be promiscuous and is proud of it. While she is gender-fluid within the confines of The Clocktower Society, outside of it she prefers to stay female. Her switching to a male form is purely for sexual reasons.
 
Fun fact: Cream Pie/Cream Filling’s and Lightning Dancer/Lightning Runner’s collars are different within the Clocktower Society. Cream’s collars are red (not looking for a dom) with a silver stud (free use by anypony) in the center of a purple band (prefers to be strictly disciplined and played with rough) with a orange stripe (roleplays unwillingness) in the middle. Lightning’s collars are red with a ruby stud (free use with permission) in the center of a gold band (prefers to be cuddled and treated gently). The reason behind this is when she finally drops her alias, she needs cuddles and to be loved because it is quite a burden to keep it up and lie about who she is.
