If you mean the curvature, in the headcanon/AU of Earthsong9405 (the artist who created this AU and commissioned this piece from another artist), alicorns and some unicorns (including Twilight and to a lesser degree Shining Armor) have curved horns. I think it’s mostly just an aesthetic difference, although I vaguely remember something about an association between curved horns and increased magical power. I may just be misremembering things though.
