I can’t be the only one noticing that season 5 has an unusual amount of stuff in common with comics that preceded it. Fake Cutie Marks, Babs’ talent, Lead-wing & Bittersweet cameos, and now Jackalopes. Even King Grover’s first mention was in one of G.M. Berrow’s books.
