Looking at it now, you are right. (That’s what I get for watching a terrible quality illegal screening.) Though you can’t deny that it certainly looks changeling-ish, even it is a very… odd spiral type horn. Chrysalis was really the only one that had a horn remotely close to this, nothing else - that I can recall - had something like that on the show.

It’s a very exaggerated form of the spiral fluting that all unicorn horns have. Plus, compared to the solid cone on Daydream Shimmer, it does a good job of symbolizing this Twilight’s incomplete understanding of magic.

It’s not a changeling horn, it has no holes.  
It is a spiraling horn. If you look carefully you can see the lighter and drak areas from the spiraling
