I have an idea that you’re a troll. It corresponds to reality and is now an irrefutable fact. Thanks for the advice.
Also, OCs are technically a way for people to learn how to write and build off it to create characters and get them purely original. All the shows you watch and all the books you read? ORIGINAL CHARACTERS. It isn’t debatable since they are original until made into a franchise or something similar. Without creating original characters there wouldn’t even be any fiction-based media to begin with.
That’s also the last reply you’re getting because now, based on your own logic, you’re an irrefutable troll.
Well, I’m actually working on a dragon/alicorn/minotaur hybrid named Ghulzon, he has 4 wings he has to spin like rotors to fly and in fact give him the ability to create hurricanes. He has 5 horns, on top of his head, the horns of a dragon, in the front, bull horns, and of course in the middle, an alicorn horn. He’d have dragon teeth that will get much sharper whenever the vampire spirit named Count Fang Eruption who’s taken residence within his body takes over when he’s having trouble with the ladies, which is always. He has the combined strength of a full grown minotaur and dragon. And his love interest is a pretty and innocent light blue and redviolet blind unicorn mare named Bird Watcher, he intends to marry and have kids with, while his unrequited love interest or rather, rapist is a sexy orange female diamond dog named Tramp, who says why waste his time on a girl, when he could have a woman like her, yeah a woman who kisses you outta nowhere, even in the shower even though he locked everything. Even the vampire spirit agrees with the diamond dog, but he refuses. On the weekends he babysits the child of Spike & Rainbow Dash, which is hard because their daughter Spectrum Ryuki is as wild as RD, and not just babysit her, but also be her sparring partner so she can train in the art of the Saikyo Ryu fighting style because Spike & RD’s child wants to prove to the world that a good fighter can make any bad fighting style amazing. He also has a pet hippo named saturday. His favorite food is curly fries. Then finally, in his story’s final battle, after accidentally eating an expired peanut, transformed into Ultra Chaos Ghulzon and with that much power, obliterated the main antagonist Xaltooma the Gray and Pink Tiger, but the energy was so strong, that it caused something way more powerful than a super nova, AND EXTREME NOVA that caused the whole universe to reset with the Extra Humongous Bang, causing everyone to be much, much stronger than their previous selves only this time, Xaltooma was erased completely. Unfortunately Ghulzon lost the love of his life to a female doctor whom gave Bird Watcher new eyes with her unicorn magic, making him turn to Tramp, whom showed him it wasn’t that bad being with her.
Wow, and I just thought of that off the top of my head.

I don’t feel it was rushed per say, but rather that the ideas it was trying to get across weren’t properly addressed: it’s not really explicitly stated, much less explained in the episode, but the whole thing with Starswirl’s spell is supposed to have created a new form of magic: Friendship Magic, one that’s higher than standard unicorn magic, and that trumps Dark Magic. And that’s good in theory, but A) We haven’t really been taught the tenants of Dark Magic beyond what little Celestia talked about with Crystal Empire, so it’s kinda hard to imagine what kind of powerful magic would be the antithesis of that, B) The whole thing with the cutie-marks changing up was distracting from these ideas that should have been explained better, and the fix for it was just about equivalent to breaking her friends out of Discord’s spells, yet Twilight was never Alicornified for solving that conundrum, and C) All of this is supposed to lead into the Tree of Harmony (which still has yet to be fully explained), the keys for the mystery box that eventually grows Twilight’s castle that appears to be imbued more with Friendship Magic than standard “tree of harmony magic” (yet while that appears to be the case it’s not actually stated or explained), and even into the Equestria Girls storyline with Friendship Magic getting released into the human world (hence why Sunset says she isn’t familiar with that type of magic leading up to Friendship Games - at least that much is explained, though it’s still sort of vague in it’s implications. It could mean that it’s Twilight’s friendship magic and that’s why Sunset doesn’t recognize it, or it could be some other magical quirk that just has to do with their world - it hasn’t been explained.)
All of this Wall O’ Text is to say, TL;DR: It seems like the writers are trying to scrape up too much out of the show’s story for too little world building.
The only thing more absurd than this assertion is its opposite: that truth doesn’t exist. If this is the case, then communication is not only pointless, it is impossible.

Like the fact that by the definition of the word “opinion” (“a belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produce complete certainty.”, “a personal view, attitude, or appraisal.”), the statement “your opinion is wrong” is a logical impossibility because it’s formed based on factors, like personal taste, that can’t be quantified?
Seriously, an “objectively wrong opinion” is not a thing that can actually exist.
Considering how many people are recognizing A7C2 as baiting, they sure aren’t hesitating to keep biting. Just stop replying to him.
Also, don’t forget their awesome cutie mark. (A modern video game related cutie mark with tons of detail and about 8 different colors that totally definitely fits into the MLP universe despite it having nothing to do with their vaguely defined combat related profession.)
@gittonsxv
No, I’m one of those people that knows which opinions are correct, and which aren’t.
When you preface any statement with something that absurd, you invalidate anything else you say with its inherent stupidity. It’s the same as saying something like “I’m not racist, but I don’t want them in my neighborhood.”
Opinions are opinions–there is no way one can be correct or incorrect. If you seriously believe your asinine statement, how about finishing grade school and learning that the world does not revolve around you first?
If you ever wonder why everyone laughs at you, how about reading what you wrote and realizing how utterly moronic you sound. Good lord.
@Lancalot
Wrong, an idea is correct or incorrect regardless of who does or doesn’t agree with it.
The thing that differentiates official characters from fan-made is that one kind is made by people who actually know what they’re doing, and aren’t literally retarded.
@Background Pony #A7C2
Oh yes, I’m so sorry oh “lord of writing” troll. Original and Official characters are both created by human beings. Your opinion is just that; an opinion. Not a fact. Perhaps if you weren’t an anonymous background pony, your statements would hold more weight.
But they don’t. The only thing that truly and %100 factually differentiates official characters and original characters is that one belongs in a franchise and another is either
A) a fan-made character for a franchise
Or B) an entirely original character without a fandom.
