He doesn’t even come close to Wesley Tier. With Wesley, it was like they were trying to make him a male version of Mary Sue. People familiar with Star Trek should know the story of Mary Sue. Even Wesley’s actor hated the character, and Wesley was more entertaining in the bloopers than in the show.
