Well, the difference between the old Pinkie and the new one is the eternal sugar rush. The old Pinkie had a dimmer switch and was actually the leader.
Interestingly, her flaws from this list weren’t present in G3 or 3.5 but do turn up in G4 Pinkie from time to time.
