Also, you should try System Shock 2 if you like the first and second BioShock games - the first itself is just a dumbed down and reskinned version of SS2, anyway.

Well, Apple Bloom looks like a Little Sister from Bioshock to me. Sweetie Belle appears to have that Victorian-era thing going on. Diamond Tiara is more of a vamp (ba-dum tss!). Can’t say I recognize Scootaloo’s outfit. Her scooter’s pretty bitching, though. And Babs is just a regular animal suit.

I try to keep things Cammerilla. In my experience with vampire, people playing as non-Cammy clans usually are looking for an excuse to play evil psychopaths and that’s fun for exactly fifteen minutes, after which it becomes creepy.

It’s a vampire clan from the classical World of Darkness RPG setting. Basically Gangrel is nomadic nature-loving vampires who (sometimes) think they are werewolves (they are not).
