Back when other TV channels thought that they could compete with the Superbowl, Discovery would show a lot of shows about sex to try to compete. One of them was about how dinosaurs mated. I remember one about a paleontologist explaining how most dinosaurs had, because of their bone structure, a very unique mating stance. I remember him bringing his wife up and demonstrating (fully clothed and to the applause of the assembled scientists) what it looked like. He then went on to explain that because of the juxtaposition, the male actually didn’t need to have a huge phallus (he was careful not to say penis, because it is unknown if dinosaurs had hemipenes or penises) to accomplish the task. In short, he stated, might Tyrannosaurus Rex only had a schlong of about four inches long.

TL;DR
Phallus size being related to frame size is a pornography trope, and like all pornography, it is a fiction. If Rarity and Spike were “able to get the job done” in Kilala’s universe, then the most obvious thing most obviously occurred and Tab A fits into Slot B just fine, thank you very much (and often, too, as their multiple children suggest.)
