It’s true that Principal Cinch deserves to be thrown into an alternative dimension and threatens to revoke Twilight’s scholarship. She’s probably responsible for cheating in each in the Friendship Games for the Shadowbolts to win and make Crystal Prep school the best. But I rather see her be arrested for her crimes and loose her position as Principal making Cadence the new principal of Crystal Prep.

A good guess, but I don’t think that Flash will pony up. I believe that only female characters can only pony up. I have to agree with your theory about Midnight Sparkle. She will escape to ponyvile, however she will escape to the Everfree forest and will be likely to be rescued and escorted by the Human Queen Chrysalis when she was disguised as Principal Celestia. Shown in the quote below

Also, Principal Cinch might cheated during each Friendship Games against Canterlot High School to make the Shadowbolts will and making her school the best than other schools. Not only that her plan will fail and get caught which will make her loose her position as principal and will take all the blame for Human Twilight’s evil transformation. Also if she gets caught cheating the students of Crystal Prep will be shocked, loose all hope, and begin to doubt themselves. Also we seen Human Cadence in the second trailer will make her the new Principal of Crystal Prep. I also don’t think that Principal Cinch will be banished to the alternate dimension, she will be arrested by the police and sentence to prison for cheating, lying, and being abusive to her power as principal.

I don’t know. She wastes a big potential that is “this world’s” Twilight Sparkle, and even that Twilight Sparkle has magic now.

They banish Principal Cinch to an alternate dimension? Harsh, dude.

Here’s my guess: After Twilight Sparkle asks for Flash Sentry’s help in the climax of Friendship Games she ends up transforming into Midnight Sparkle, which also opens up a rift to Ponyville where she nearly escapes to. But because Flash Sentry asked for her help he decides to rescue her from this evil and uses the other guitar to transform with pony ears and wings, and flies to her. He also confesses his love to her while Sunset Shimmer gets her to have friends since that’s what the Friendship Games is all about. Instead the real villain is Principal Cinch, who’s probably the real villain, and she gets banished to the Everfree Forest as everything goes back to normal and both schools become friends with CHS winning for the first time, but caring more about the friendship then about winning. Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle start their relationship as a couple, Sunset Shimmer leaves to the human world just in case the real one appears and makes up with her ex, Flash Sentry, while also giving him the book Celestia gave her. Celestia probably also makes up with her too as she was her student, Flashlight have a duet in the end credits, Trixie does stuff, Derpy appears in between Lyra and Bon Bon and Rainbow Dash says awesome.
 
It’s just a guess though, it will probably be different in the actual movie, we’ll have to wait until September 20th.

It’s not going to be easy. There’s been talk that the human Queen Chrysalis will be the true villain and will keep the HuMane six away from Midnight Sparkle. Plus Midnight Sparkle will be on Equestria Girls Legend of Everfree.

I don’t expect twilight will remain a villain. More likely she turns into a brief Godmode villain and then gets talked down via a friendship speech from sunset and joins the mane six.

It’s nothing we didn’t already expect, but it’s still cool to see it in writing. I can’t wait to see Evil Twilight in action.

Not exactly. Hasbro spoils Equestria Girls Legend of Everfree. I’m betting that Midnight Sparkle won’t be defeated easily and will continue to appear in the upcoming Equestria Girls film.
