I don't think they are. This was one quick moment, and a couple episodes ago we got the flower in her hair. They still exist apart from the 'ship (as much as they ever did, being backgrounders. Lyra was acknowledged as a friend of Twi's from Canterlot, though sadly didn't get to show up. Bon Bon got to be in Princess Spike with a cool new look. >>920437)

There's no doubt in my mind they love each other romantically after this. I mean Slice of Life was obvious enough but both of their dreams is that they're always together? I'm content.

Though I think they can lay off on the obvious nods to it and just make things more subtle or just fun little background sightings. I don't mind these kinds of nods though. Just don't go too overboard FiM team, alright?
