I could remove the “lesbian” tag if you want. The lesbian tag is automatically added, according to the tagging system of this site, because of the flutterdash tag, not because a girl is confronting her friend. Is that clear?

yes, but those stalls also usually have a sink in them and a handle bar along the wall by the toilet
Many places have a single large stall, made for handicapped people or people who aren’t all that stable at the moment (like a broken leg), but anyone can use them.
