While the distinction is subjective, I can’t say I’ve run across more than one or two drawings where I was unsure if the mouthpiece tag was merited.

I’ve seen a few non-cisphobic images that used the mouthpiece tag; it’s just that the people most likely to create such images are the armchair slacktivists who push for the acceptance of infinite, arbitrary gender and sex self-definitions.

Personally I think it’s a pointless distinction and potentially too subjective (can you’re always be really sure, that they would never ever say what a “correctly” tagged mouthpiece says?), but whatever.

Now see, I look at this and I’m a bit confused. This is basically a mouthpiece picture, yet it doesn’t have the mouthpiece tag attached to it (at the time of writing this). And it has a ton of favs and upvotes. Why is that? It’s basically a moutpiece picture, but is it the fact that the artist is saying something that Celestia would also say that’s making everybody not want to downvote this to oblivion, or is there something I’m missing?
