AFAIK, people have been arrested and jailed for taking photos of their children taking a bath.  
Yeah, society is kind of neurotic about even the slightest suspicion of anything improper to do with kids nowadays. :P

You know, when did that change happen? When did we become this police state when it came to kids’ “safety”? I mean, 20-30 years ago, we wouldn’t be having a discussion like this at all, but now? A cartoon horse sitting a certain way sparks this kind of talk. It’s crazy.

Today maybe, unfortunately. We live in a society where the police have actually questioned men who take their daughters to the park.

Call me crazy, but I’m pretty sure “normal people” these days are kind of put off by pictures (drawn or otherwise) of kids with their undies showing…
 
I mean, I personally just find this one utterly adora-Belle, but then again, I wouldn’t claim to be “normal” by any stretch. :P

“Revealing outfits on humans/humanized characters” is one of the listed criteria for suggestive (and if I had to guess, I’d suspect anthro counts as “humanized” for rating purposes – it’s not specified anywhere AFAIK). No exemption for context, no matter how innocent (or adorable), apparently.
 
Sad commentary on society? Maybe. But it’s the price of keeping part of the site “entirely safe for work and children,” I suppose…

Given how trigger-happy people are about this sort of thing, I figured it was better to be cautious here. I mean, the image itself is totally innocent, but still.

Sad commentary on society that this is instantly sexualized in people’s minds. It really doesn’t strike me as that kind of thing.
