@Background Pony #1EB1
Friendship is a great way to start a relationship. You already know you like spending time together, that makes it much more likely the thing will remain stable.
@PonyPon
By the standard that the “shipping” between them was nothing more than a drug-induced mind control? And outside of that episode, they showed no signs of anything more than friendship?
@And Brother I Hurt People
Why not? There’s already a precedent in several other cartoons for the “going back to a much earlier school grade episode”. Hey Arnold! and My Life as a Teenage Robot spring to mind.
The whole “uneducated adult going back to elementary school” thing has been done a million times, and “cheerimac” is not a thing, despite what many in the fandom seem to insist.
Big Mac’s name on the board made me think…wouldn’t it be cool if there was a Mac centered episode in which it is revealed he never completed his elementary school education because he had to help his family on the farm? And decides to go back to school with all of the fifth graders, getting closer to Cheerilee in the process?
Did you hear? They’re cancelling FiM. Apparently, the show merely existing pandered too much to fans.

@Darth Sonic
Cool story.
If it’s for “special reasons” she can.
>”Fanpander-ish”
This is the point where I ceased taking you seriously.
By what standard do you deem it ‘not a thing?’
Because it certainly exists as a ship in the fandom.

Sounds way too cliche and fanpander-ish.
