Yeah, the artist is a pretty heavy TwiLuna shipper, so it was only a matter of time. I can’t blame her for letting her OTP slip into works she likes, though.
She is Cady, Princess of Shipping. In fact I think she even owns her own shipping company, the East Equestrian Shipping Company. ;P
OK, sure, If I knew that then it would make TwiLuna obvious, but the scene depicted in this picture alone does not; it looks like Twiley is thinking about somepony not in the picture and that thought is making her blush, while Luna is confused at how Celly is eyeing her up, not realising her big sis has the hots for her or something. :)

Why is it obvious that this ship is heading in the direction of TwiLuna? I read Celly’s gaze as indicating that she and Luna are (not-so-) secretly involved.
Personally at this stage, the ship I’m backing is the SS - SunsetSparkle! xD

Yup, she’s looking at Luna.
I still think she’s looking at Luna, mostly cause if she was looking at Cadance then she’d be looking at her knee due to the angle.
I think she’s actually giving Cadence that look.
Cadence has not just Twilight she has all of the ponies including Dashie Shy Pinkie AJ and Rarity
That’s just the “Twily” folder. I’m sure she has entire filing cabinets in the Crystal Palace.
