I’ll admit you are an insignificant part of my interest sphere, so you might be right I do not have the full context that makes yourself equate yourself to a group of people defending their livelihood. Then again, it’s Colgate (who is only significant because he always seems to be acting stupid while I notice him), so I can begin to understand why if you are constantly fighting him or something.

Because ColgateFIM is actually Smiling Pony in disguise, endulging his desire to act just as badly as the people he has to deal with every day as part of this hobby. Or maybe because he is just annoying rather than disruptive, so banning him would be “heavy-handed”, something Soc is prone to do at times too.

Why? You have done absolutely nothing to that effect. If anything, you are that poster who supports the guys with a 2 x 4 but can’t really do much about it either way.
I feel like that guy who starts off protesting a police shooting, maybe even jumping on a car or two, but then shit gets serious and I pick up a 2 by 4 and stand in front of a white business to protect it from looters.
Yes, I think that’s an adequate description of the goings-on.
