For the ponies account it was multiple accounts of fraud, multiple accounts of impersonating government officials, multiple accounts of tampering with government documents and at least one account (if not several) of abuse of power to seize private property for her own personal gain by twilight pulling on her political connections to screw citizens out of their legal rights….  
And that was without getting into all those times they must have broken the law by seizing and moving the gangs camp, twice, as part of the scheme.
 
Way to champion those civil rights by not using magic on those cows Twilight.  
Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just have brought in more guards back when the gang was committing countless felonies in their raids on the town? You know, instead resorting to all that government corruption.

This has got to be one of the worst “good guy” wins I’ve ever seen. Is this supposed to be satisfying or enjoyable? It’s just dull and stupid.

True enough, I suppose. While Twilight is the only one who is a princess, AJ and the others are indeed Equestrian citizens, and are thus exempt from interference from the law. As long as they don’t vandalize historical properties anyway.

They were suspiciously good at being novice criminals. Kidnapping, forgery, bait and switch, daylight robbery, etc. Heck, no one, not even Flutters, suggested what they were doing might be wrong.

No, you know what would have been REALLY funny? If the epilogue was Twilight giving her debriefing to Celestia, and then the next panel was Derpy with a purple horn strapped to her head.

It would’ve been slightly funnier if Celestia had simply teleported over as soon as she got Twilight’s note and hurled the bulls into Tartarus.

Look at how happy Twilight is for committing multiple crimes with her friends.
