As for me, I like to go in the opposite direction and make people think about characters and emotions when they think they should have boners - I took Cuddlhu and made a story about her as a character, instead of just using her for some tentacle clop fic, for example.
That’s an idea I might have to use for the monster encyclopedia thing I’m planning: a kind of parasite that “impregnates” other creatures with it’s body mass, which feeds off the life force of it’s prey to gain life of it’s own or something like that.

Is it really rape, though? I mean he willingly stripped down with every intention of getting busy, but just didn’t realize she was a… whatever the hell she is who reproduces that way. I think I’d take fluid flowing out of my mouth over childbirth anyday, but let’s math the shit out of this for laughs. We’ll have to take a lot of assumptions here, but it’s not like this needs to be serious or accurate anyways. Firstly, some base values to play with:
Now since the capacity of the human stomach is only 1L, it’s already safe to assume he would be in immense discomfort (Read: dead). Now the intestines and colon together can hold close to 3.75L of material, so even if Anon Jr. had fully filled his entire digestive system he’s still pushed past his limit by over 4L of fluid. So it seems to me merely carrying Anon Jr. would be worlds worse than natural childbirth or her coming out.
However, that’s real world values. If you expect realism from me you will be vastly and repeatedly disapointed. Here we operate on porn logic, where the average cumshot is 9L of fluid and rape somehow feels good. Even with that said, it’s also possible that magic or some other weird aspect of Octavia’s physiology is involved here. Her body might alter the physiology of her host to allow it to survive the pregnancy to guarantee her offspring survives, kind of like a less dickish Xenomorph. It could also be that Anon’s body has been well-trained by Queen Chrysalis. Or even both.

Passing thresholds is what I try my hardest to do. Nothing delights me more than giving people weird boners. But yeah, there was this version too where Anon’s body was corrupted, basically turning him into an Anon-shaped Octavia. The beginning of the end. First Anon, then Ponyville, then the world. The army of Octaviafied creatures shall cut a swath of high-class destruction across Equestria. Now that, I want to see as the Season 5 finale.
