Twi would be science officer I think.
Engineering, probably AJ.
I see RD as Helm, she loves to fly.
Pinkie in weapons… of course half the time the ship would fire confetti and streamers. How? Because physics do not apply.
Rarity would be captain… mostly because Twilight is more interested in being the science officer, and Rarity hardly minds being the center of attention.
The comm officer never actually does the talking, just handles translation and establishing comm links… that would be Spike I think.
And Fluttershy would be the ship doctor I think.
