Not sure about Chaos, but in a fight Uncle Grandpa, dude’s got the power of Cartoon Logic on his side and is often shown as totally indestructible unless the plot needs him not to be. Anyway Uncle Grandpa teaches Discord and everyone else a valuable lesson before departing.

Oh, I forgot to mention, since UG is Santa’s brother, if Discord were to kill UG, guess who’s be permanently on the naughty list for killing Santa’s family?

Considering UG has helped every Cartoon Network child up to Clarence (though I wonder what was up with Swat Kats being in his list), his ability to do ultra strange shit such as a beezooka or make everyone in the world cry because he was stuck on an escalator, OR how he teamed up with fucking Shaq to fight a killer robot, or hos he can solve the problems of any child, while Discord is just there in case Celesetia fears a mission is too dangerous for Twilight to handle, or…or…Oh my God, how Uncle Grandpa knows everyone’s names and knows everything about us, I’d say Mr.All knowing will defeat the spirit of chaos!

Gonna say UG. Cause discord seems to have some degree of control over his chaos. UG appears to be randomness incarnate.

I’m gonna have to go with Uncle Grandpa. Discord’s just lost his game lately, and he’s become incredibly predictable. Uncle Grandpa manages to continuously be surprising and funny despite having far more appearances than Discord. In fact, in the latest Steven Universe episode, his chaos was enough to make the Crystal Gems (specifically Pearl) go completely batshit insane when He wasn’t even trying to do so. Twilight and the others are, at worst, just missed off whenever Discord does anything chaotic.
