i actually do, just giving a honest opinion, this usually help the artist to improve next time we draw something, also pointed out the things i love about this picture c:
no nasal hole, if the light is touching the eyelashes it should show on the eye reflection, fabric needs way more work than just 2 tones of color to make it fit the picture, really shaky hand strokes here and there, can see the glow parts didn’t got eraser, the wing details doesn’t fit really well with the rest of the picture, the right eye seems to be more illuminated than the left one when the right eye is in the shade, the magic around the mug glows over her hair but it should shown over her eye as well, and a few parts seems to be made with different layers/selected areas making it look like a assembled princess
love how the artist got the the attention on the light that comes from that window, giving that corner of the window shadow and the eye reflection supports that detail with the mug, the lower lip looks fantastic with the reflection and the perfect color, the bg turned out pretty sweet, and the hair ended up pretty well made, giving that morning messy hair

You’ll also find a lot of ponies that look creepy not because they’re almost realistic, but because they just aren’t very well drawn. While I think it’s useful to apply “uncanny valley” to subjects other than humans, this site isn’t the best place to go for a good definition of the term.
If you explore the Uncanny Valley tag for a bit, you’ll find a lot of creepy ponies in there. It’s more of a disturbance in familiarity, and it just so happens that human forms are familiar and the easiest thing to twist into uncanny semblance.
@BigMax
The uncanny valley is the difference between something that looks and feels real and something that tries to feel real but is off in a way that just makes it look creepy and weird.
The uncanny valley is a hypothesis in the field of human aesthetics which holds that when human features look and move almost, but not exactly, like natural human beings, it causes a response of revulsion among some human observers.
