Wanted to name it "Rarity and Octavia" first, but that'd be so boring ;)Zombie_Trotsky Most people agree that Octavia would play classical songs. Those who play/listen to classical music are often seen as graceful/high class.Aside from AJ, Rarity doesnt really begrudge her friends’ uncouthness. And even AJ was pissing her off in Look Before You Sleep to instigate it.
I mean what’s different on a fundamental level?

Rarity comes to accept them later and we get a scene at the end with Octavia enjoying some time with Vinyl but not admitting it

I think I’d be annoyed if someone like Pinkie interrupted my playing, too.
Why do people think Octavia is this high class pony, and not just some schmuck who plays music?
My spidey sense tells me that Octavia will be an uncouth and rude yet upper class girl who Rarity is charged with refining or something like that.
