Warhound titans are only 14 meters tall at rest, meaning they can’t be more than 18-20 meters tall at their full height.
While this is under the effects of artistic license, ponies look really really tiny
This. If you’d made that a warlord or an Imperator I would have given you a pass, but a Warhound is just silly.
@Kharn The Generally Swell Guy
All I need is somewhere I can drop the story without having to open an account first. I don’t intend to do any more crossover stories when this one’s finished.
The story’s only about half written so far, although I have been going over it and making it more descriptive. (Too much like a /mlp/ greentext story originally).
I’m going to attempt to do a sketch of the scene I dropped here, although I’m not sure I can do it justice. (This would be my 5th attempt at drawing ponies; they’re on here under my artist name tag). I’ll post the result if it’s any good when I’m done.
Okay, 40k ponyguy here.
Thought I’d try posting a teaser of the crossover story I’m working on and this image seems about the closest I can find to this scene.
If there were somewhere I could drop this story so others could read it, a link would be appreciated.
Okay… Here goes.
Twilight stood before the immense machine, her mind racing.
How could one little pony stop such a huge machine?
Her magic had been able to stop it’s shooting, and it appeared to be stunned for the moment, but this certainly wouldn’t last.
She needed to take it down somehow.
The alicorn looked around for something, anything she could use.
The surrounding area was littered with demolished buildings, broken pipes, girders and still smouldering debris. Most of this was too small to really do any damage.
Her wandering gaze settled on what was once probably the corner of a tower block. The fifteen foot long ‘L’ shaped concrete block probably weighed several tons.
This was going to be a strain.
The last time she’d lifted something that big was when the Ursa had come to Ponyville.
A purple glow surrounded the rubble and it slowly lifted in to the air.
Twilight’s horn flared brightly, her face a mask of desperation.
The titan’s weapon barrels began to spin up again ready to fire.
This made Twilight panic. She could get blown apart at any moment.
With a final burst of magic, she hurled the rubble at the titan like a spear.
A few rounds began to stitch a path across the ground in a zig-zag pattern trying to find the range to hit the tiny magical creature that dared to challenge the might of the god-machine.
The chunk of masonry smashed through the cockpit window of the Warhound, crumpling half of it inwards with the impact. The momentum of the broken building was enough to drive it clean through the roof of the titan’s torso.
The titan rocked back and forth, impaled, before it’s corrupted machine spirit finally decided it was dead.
It toppled backwards with a groan and an earth-shaking crash.
Is this scene enough to interest anyone?
And could it possibly inspire any new artwork perhaps?
The chaos warhoudn didn’t know, but Creed is hiding a full formation of Baneblades behind fluttershy’s tail, and 5 spacemarines devastators squad under AJ hat. why? because he is a Tactical Jenius, hurrr durrr

The Warhound is a set size though, thanks to Forge World. The model is 10.5 inches tall. The 35mm scale is around 1/48th. So working from that, a Warhound is about 42 feet tall/ 12.6 meters.
The Reaver titan is exactly 16 inches tall (I have 2 official ones of these- there is a pic up here with them on).
This makes the Reaver about 64 feet tall/ 19.2 meters.
The Warlord titan (and I have confirmed this with Forge World themselves) will be around 24 inches tall.
So this battle titan would be around 96 feet tall/ 28.8 meters.
Now, the massive Imperator battle titan has a bit of a debate going on, but the official data sheet for this puts the model at around 36 inches tall.
So this land battleship would top off 144 feet/ 43.2 meters to the top of the tower on the back.
On a side note, Forge World are building the Warlord titan as a kit, although what stage this model is at is anyone’s guess.
I asked when I ordered one of my models from there if they were considering building one of these and I got an emphatic “yes”, and an estimation of around 2 years before release. That was back in 2013.

They don’t. I dare guess that we’re looking at a titan turned traitor.
Not sure the powers of Chaos will help it from the beating it’s going to get though.
Hmm, the Imperiun of Man is so driven by following the orders from the God Emperor of Mankind, so I’m not sure how most of them could process a hyperactive Pinkie Pie bouncing around and generally breaking logic and physics and stuff.
Either way, I will put my money on them blasting that guy away with a amped up high powered friendship beam from the Elements of Harmony.
Twilight Sparkle: “Alright girls, let’s do this!”
Rainbow Dash: “Come on let me at him!”
Fluttershy: “But he’s so…..big.”
Rarity: “We can’t defeat this mechanical beast without you Fluttershy.”
Applejack: “You’all better not get close to my apple orchards, ya hear me up there!”
Pinkie Pie: “Hey Robotman, catch us if you can!”
The daft thing is, the Warhound isn’t actually that big.
Rough guess would put them at around 42-45 feet in height.
Our ponies here are generally accepted at being around 3-3.5 feet high.
So a typical house in Equestria would be roughly 8 feet high (roof included).
So most of Ponyville would come around half way up the Warhound’s leg armour.
….
Maybe I’m taking this too seriously…

Someone notify the Adeptus Mechanicus; their God Machines thirst for vengeance.

Wazdakka would be pleased.
Oh and yes, I for one would love to read that.

Since when uses the IoM the chaos star?
Oh I didn’t even notice that guy has a chaos emblem on him. Maybe between Pinkie and Discord they could befriend him!

It’s about the scale I’d expect from a Warlord battle titan, which are around 100-120 feet tall.
My money’s on an amped-up Twilight Sparkle, though.
