Sonic 1’s been ported to alot of consoles, and stuff now.
The 3DS one interestingly also has an option to play the sound in Genesis 1 mode, or the later Genesis 2 models. Also, has a screen option that make it look like the old TV sets.

Yes, there is, but it’s only available in the Eshop as a download 3DS game. (For only 6 bucks, cheaper then some cartridge copies I’ve seen, and cheaper then the Wii Virtual Console version.) It also has some nice customizable features in it. (Including turning on/off the spindash, so now people annoyed at Sonic 1 not having the spindash yet can rejoice.)
They also have some other cool Sega 3D games like Streets of Rage, Shinobi 3, and Ecco. Japan’s released a few more like “Fantasy Zone” 1 & 2.

Well, keep in mind that’s not all adults you’re generalizing over a few weirdos, not to mention some of those weirdo fans are actually teens to.
@unosharp
Yeeeah, let’s go back to talking about Sonic.
I have “3D Sonic the Hedgehog” for my 3DS. It’s pretty cool. (Even lets you play the USA or Japanese version of the game. Only differences being really the way the background graphics scroll, and the “wavey” effects added underwater) I hope M2 remakes either Sonic 2 or Sonic CD for it. Though would look cool in 3D.

Now I’ve definitely lost faith in humanity. I can’t believe I live in a country that’s mostly full of adults who are idiotic, creepy, and obsessive over fictional characters and inanimate objects. It’s just sad and hard to believe that children and preteens are more mature than adults nowadays.

Some take it to even further extremes. Ever heard of that guy who literally married a DS? (Or to be spacific his waifu in some dating simulator game.)
Oh… You mean Jin? Take a guess he is not the only obsessive fan who is in love with a fictional character. Yes, ge got married months ago, and he is fine about the r34 pics of Twilight now. Man, he even made nsfw commissions of her, and those pics have a ton of upvotes.
