“Final picture here Queen Chrysalis by aachi-chan
June 14 - I’m all done! I’m pretty happy with how she came out :D I really like the transparent wings I made. I know the color on them is a little off but it didn’t even occur to me that they make transparent white airbrush paint let alone that I should have bought some. I’ll take nice pictures soon. She is 5 3/4 inches tall from the bottom of her feet to the top of her horn
June 12 - She’s all sculpted and already has primer on her. Now just to paint. :D
June 11 again- Almost done! Just need to let the epoxy dry more so I can put the little jewels on the crown and then put the ears on and do a little more details on the hair in front of her face.
June 11 - I might not be happy with Celestia but at least Chrysalis is coming out pretty well :D I think I made her horn kind of large, but I’m afraid if I carve anymore off of it, it would break >.<
June 10 - Got more done on Chrysalis. I bought some transparent paint for her wings. I was going to cut the holes but the plastic is too thick to cut with an xacto blade and obviously I can’t get scissors in there so I just masked off the parts that are supposed to be the holes in her wings and it will be see through after I paint the rest of the wings. I stayed up all night so I’ll work on her some more when I wake up.
Queen Chrysalis for :icondeathcrowink: The holes in the legs are making it kind of difficult to work on her. I’ll have to carve and adjust them a little bit tomorrow then I’ll work on the rest of her too.

I do, a lot, especially because the artist used a vector I actually commissioned :)
